The Ha Noi People''s Committee here has approved its housing development
plan for 2015 to 2020, as demand for social housing increased by 50 per
cent over that of the previous plan.
Tile and sanitary ware maker Viglacera, the investor of the Dang Xa Residential Area, will build to-let flats for low-income people on two plots spread over 10,000sqm, reported Vietnamplus.
Viglacera announced it would start to sell apartments in the Dang Xa
low-income housing project in Gia Lam District on the outskirts of the
capital on September 16.
